We typically give a 45 minute call time-anything more than an hour will require an extra fee). We are very keen on respecting performers time on site.
Address or Location
Proposed performance fee. (we love to negotiate!) Please keep in mind the fee pays for the band, and not individual performers, and all money received goes directly to supporting the band.
How long do you want us to play? For standing/stationary shows the recommended time is 30 minutes. We also love playing for a 5-10 minute burst of fun for indoor events.

For safety reasons we cannot go up or down ANY stairs while drumming. For sound purposes, we cannot split the band in half/portions while performing. The smallest we come is 8-10 drummers because we are a percussion orchestra. We do not come to events and "make noise to get attention". We are a performing group who loves to play for all kinds of events, but it needs to be appropriate for us! How many drummers is ideal? Are there stairs that you want us to go up or down WHILE drumming-this includes even 2-3 to get up or down onto a stage/platform)?

We require a safe space to keep our personal belongings while we perform, access to a safe changing area, access to a bathroom, and access to drinking water. This is non-negotiable. Where will we be able to stash our belongings safely?

Of note: Does this truly require a Zoom meeting or phone call, or can it be communicated via email?
Please note everyone in Fogo Azul NYC has full time jobs. We are not always available to discuss the event over a zoom meeting or phone call and prefer all communications be via email. If a phone call is necessary, we kindly request it be kept to less that 15 minutes and likely outside of typical business working hours.
